GATB（一般能力傾向）模型

　　對某一職位的工作能力要求除了“冰山模型”外，比較普遍使用的是美國DOT系統中的“GATB”一般能力傾向模型。GATB（一般能力傾向）模型通過GATB測驗來測量，主要適用于操作工人、一般文員、基層技術和專業人員，在一定程度上包含了智力與技能方面的因素，測試成本較低，主要參考標準為《美國職業名稱大詞典》。
